Recalling a Standing Journal Template

You can recall an existing standing journal template to add, amend or delete the transactions in it. You can also recall a template to post the transactions to the General Ledger, and you can delete templates that you no longer need.

1. Select GL TRANSACTIONS | STANDING JOURNALS.

2. Select FILE | LOAD BATCH.

3. Either double click on the template you want to load, or select a template and press the Enter key.

4. If required, you can maintain the individual transactions in the batch according to the Batch Type selected:

• payments - refer to "Standing Journal - Payment Entry"
• journals - refer to "Standing Journal - Journal Entry"
• receipts - refer to "Standing Journal - Receipt Entry".

5. Alternatively, you can manage a completed standing journal template.
